APC Landscape offers delivery to your location with either a tandem or tractor trailer, whichever services your site best. Same day delivery is possible. Due to scheduling, we would prefer to have at least 24 hours notice. We will try to accommodate your time request as best as we can.
Delivery charges will be quoted upon order.
It is required that someone be present at dumpsite to direct our driver and sign the receipt of delivery, which also includes release of liability (*see Release of Liability below). Before scheduling a delivery please contact your local City and Home Owners Associations to discuss the laws and rules of your planned dump site. Some cities do not allowed to dump on the streets.
Tandems need at least 10 feet width clearance and 30 feet height clearance. A 15 ton maximum average haul weight is standard but can depend on the materials and legal street limits.
Tractor Trailers need at least 15 feet width clearance and 50 feet height clearance. A 25 ton maximum average haul weight is standard but will depend on the materials and legal street limits.
We cannot guarantee tailgate spreading in any area. If the area is relatively flat, level or on a hard surface area, tailgate spreading is usually possible. The decision if left up to our driver that takes the load. He/she can evaluate the area on arrival.
